Privacy & packaging
Is my order truly private?
Completely. We use plain, unbranded packaging — no Naaz logo, no product name visible from the outside. Even the billing descriptor on your bank statement is discreet.
Why don't you show the products on a model?
By design. Naaz is a modest brand: we present pieces only — never the body, never imagery you could not view openly in front of family. This is a promise, not a limitation.
Will my data be shared?
No. We don't sell or share customer information. Measurements you enter in our size tool stay on your own device.
Ordering & delivery
How do I place an order?
Browse the collection, add pieces to your bag, and complete checkout. We'll confirm your order on WhatsApp within a few hours.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, across Pakistan. Pay only when your order arrives.
How long does delivery take?
2–4 working days to major cities, 3–6 days to smaller towns.
Is shipping free?
Free over PKR 2,500. Otherwise a flat PKR 250.
Can I track my order?
Yes — our team shares a tracking link on WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
Sizing & fit
How do I find my size?
Use our private at-home size guide. You'll need a measuring tape and two minutes. The calculation runs entirely on your device.
What if my size isn't listed?
Message us on WhatsApp — we may carry it in a quiet drawer. We'd rather find you the right piece than sell you the wrong one.
Do bras run true to size?
Yes, with one note: cotton blends settle slightly smaller after the first wash. If you're between sizes, go up.
Returns & exchanges
What if the size isn't right?
We offer a graceful size exchange within 7 days on unworn, unwashed pieces with tags.
Can I return panties?
For hygiene, briefs cannot be returned or exchanged. Please use the size guide carefully — or message us before ordering.
How do I start an exchange?
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number. We'll arrange a courier pick-up and send the new size at the same time.
Who pays for the exchange shipping?
We cover the first exchange. Further exchanges on the same item are at the customer's cost.
Payment
Which payment methods are accepted?
Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, JazzCash, and Easypaisa. Card payments are coming soon.
When am I charged?
For COD, on delivery. For wallet or bank transfers, our team shares instructions on WhatsApp after you place the order.
