Who we are

Naaz is an online retailer of women's intimate-wear, operating in Pakistan. Contact: hello@naazli.store.

Orders

When you place an order on our site, you make an offer to buy the listed items at the listed price. We confirm acceptance once our team verifies the order on WhatsApp. We reserve the right to refuse an order if we believe it has been placed in error, fraudulently, or in volumes that suggest resale.

Prices and availability

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices can change without notice, but a confirmed order will be honoured at the price at the time of confirmation.

Stock is finite. If a piece in your order becomes unavailable between order and dispatch, we will offer you a substitute, a delay, or cancel that line without charge.

Delivery and payment

See our Shipping notice for delivery details, and the checkout page for available payment methods. For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is due in full to the courier on delivery; refusal to accept the parcel without prior cancellation may result in future COD orders being declined.

Returns and exchanges

Our Returns & Exchanges notice forms part of these terms. By placing an order, you accept its conditions.

Use of the website

You may browse, search, and order. You may not scrape the site, copy our product imagery or copy for commercial use, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use the site to send unlawful or harmful content.

Intellectual property

The Naaz name, mark, product imagery, illustrations, and original written content on this site are the property of Naaz. They may not be reproduced without our written permission.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any single order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We make no warranties beyond those required by Pakistani consumer-protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.

We may update these terms occasionally. The current version is always shown here with a "last updated" date.
