Returns & Exchanges
We want you to keep what you order. If a piece isn't right, we make exchanging it as gentle as possible.
Size exchange — within 7 days
If the size isn't right, you have seven days from delivery to request an exchange. The piece must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Free of perfume, deodorant, or makeup marks
What cannot be exchanged
For hygiene reasons, we are not able to accept exchanges on the following — even unworn:
- Panties and briefs of any kind
- Period panties
- Nipple covers, bra tape, and other intimate accessories
- Pieces from sale or final-clearance collections (marked as such)
If you're unsure about a size, please use our private size guide — or message us before ordering. We'd rather take a few extra minutes than send the wrong thing.
How an exchange works
- Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the size you'd like instead.
- We arrange a courier pick-up at your address — usually the next working day.
- Once we receive the original piece, we ship the new size the same day.
- You receive the replacement in 2–4 days.
Exchange shipping
The first exchange on any piece is on us. We cover both directions. Further exchanges on the same item are at the customer's cost.
Damaged or wrong item
If your parcel arrives damaged, or with the wrong piece inside, send us a photo on WhatsApp. We replace it free — no questions, no inspection visit, no debate. This is rare, but when it happens, we want it to feel easy.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds — only size exchanges. This is a small house and refunds quickly become unsustainable. The exchange policy is generous in return.
