Where we deliver

We deliver everywhere in Pakistan — from major cities to smaller towns. If your address is reachable by Pakistan's main couriers (Leopards, TCS, PostEx, Trax), we'll get to you.

Delivery times

• Karachi · Lahore · Islamabad · Rawalpindi — 2–3 working days
• Other major cities — 3–4 working days
• Smaller towns and remote areas — 4–6 working days

Working days are Monday to Saturday. Orders placed after 4 pm ship the next morning.

Shipping cost

Free shipping on orders over PKR 2,500. Otherwise a flat PKR 250 across the country.

Discreet packaging

Every Naaz parcel ships in plain, unbranded packaging. There is no brand name, no product description, and no image on the outside. Even the courier waybill describes the parcel as "general items". Your privacy is the first thing we consider.

Cash on Delivery

COD is available across Pakistan. Our team will confirm your order on WhatsApp before dispatch — this small check keeps our pricing fair and our delivery rates high.

Tracking your order

You'll receive a tracking link on WhatsApp once your order is dispatched. You can also message us at any time for an update — our team is real, female, and quick to reply.

If something goes wrong

If a parcel is delayed, damaged, or misplaced by the courier, message us on WhatsApp with your order number. We'll trace it ourselves and make it right — quickly, and without making you do the work.
