What we do not collect

• Your size guide measurements — these stay on your own device and are never sent to us
• Any sensitive personal information beyond what is needed for delivery
• Information about anyone but you

• To pack and deliver your order discreetly
• To confirm details with you on WhatsApp
• To process an exchange if needed
• To send updates only when you've asked for them (newsletter, restock alerts)

Who can see your information

Only our small internal team and the couriers handling your specific parcel. No advertising network, no analytics broker, no third-party data buyer.

We use a small number of essential cookies (to remember your bag and your session). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

You can ask us at any time to:

• Delete it entirely

Write to hello@naazli.store from the email or phone on your account, and we'll do it within seven days.

Children

Our shop is for adults. If we discover an account has been created by someone under sixteen without parental permission, we will close it.
